Your registration for the conference is binding as soon as your registration through the website system has arrived, and confirmed by your payment of the full conference fee. You will receive payment information in an email after your registration. All participants, including presenters, are required to pay the full fee.
In case we have more registrations than space available, registrations with a proposed paper, presentation, or workshop have precedence. If there are only registrations without a proposed contribution left, the earlier registrations among these have precedence.
If your registration comes in later than four weeks before the conference, your full fee has to be paid immediately. If you do not pay the fee, you lose your claim to the reserved space. The fee stated is for one person.
Cancellation:
In case you have registered but need to cancel, cancellation fees apply according to the following:
10 % of the fee until 31 days before start,
25 % of the fee 30-15 days before start,
50 % of the fee 14-8 days before start,
100% of the fee 7-0 days before start.
In case of the cancellation of the event due to force majeure or due to other reasons, you will be reimbursed with the full conference fee.

You are taking part in the event and use any tools and materials provided at your own risk. Not following instructions may result in danger to your health and safety.
