Your registration for the conference is binding as soon as your registration through the website system has arrived. You will receive payment information in an email after your registration. All participants, including presenters, are required to pay the full fee, which is due within ten days of registration. If registration takes place within the last month before the conference, the full fee is due immediately. The fee is for one person attending the conference.
In case we have more registrations than space available, registrations with a proposed paper, presentation, or workshop have precedence. If there are only registrations without a proposed contribution left, the earlier registrations among these have precedence.
Cancellation:
In case you have registered but need to cancel, cancellation fees apply according to the following:
10 % of the fee until 31 days before start,
25 % of the fee 30-15 days before start,
50 % of the fee 14-8 days before start,
100% of the fee 7-0 days before start.
In case of the cancellation of the event due to force majeure or due to other reasons, you will be reimbursed with the full conference fee; you will also be paid back your full fee if you cannot attend in the case of more registrations than spaces available.
